The Lyle Public School annual seventh grade trip to the Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center is planned for April 3- April 5, 2019.

Our eleventh annual seventh grade trip to the Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center in Lanesboro is scheduled for April 3-5, 2019. This is a three-day, two-night adventure that challenges students to face their fears, work as a team to achieve a common goal, build trust, and utilize their communication skills. The bus will leave school on Wednesday, April 3rd after the school day has begun and will return to school on Friday, April 5th, before the school day is over.

Eagle Bluff charges $118 per individual for this trip. On behalf of the seventh grade class, we will ask for continued financial support from the Lyle Legion and Lyle Legacy, and we will fundraise to help keep costs manageable for families.

If your child will require any medications while on this trip, it is very important that you get in touch with our school nurse. Most medications, including over-the-counter ones, need to be processed through our nurse’s office with doctors’ orders on file and dispensed by a chaperone. This doesn’t need to be done now, but please take care of this by Friday, March 15. If you have any concerns, please contact the nurse’s office.

Please let the trip coordinator know if you have any questions.
