District Mission Statement: To partner with the community to empower all students to achieve excellence in a global society.

I live in Lyle with my husband and we have 3 children.  I graduated in 2005 at Winona State University.

Throughout my life teaching has been a passion. I enjoy the challenge of helping each student to learn to the best of their ability. I want my students to experience meaningful, interesting learning that applies to their lives. I believe this can be accomplished through the use of:
• Respect of every child
• Hands-on activities
• Cooperative learning, integrated curriculum, and differentiation
• Technology
• Continuing my education
• Awareness of their special needs

I want to provide the students with a “head start” in mastering basic skills. I have an organized and structured classroom and I am also creative, nurturing, and most of all, patient.

Please feel free to e-mail or call me with any comments or concerns. School- 507-325-2201 (Extension 3014) The best times to reach me are before and after school.
